Meats and Sausage

I greatly enjoy working with and processing meats.  I cure my own bacon, smoke hams, make sausage, just about anything I find interesting to do with meats.
 
In the Meats Sections will be anything to do with whole meats such as beef jerky, bacons, ect…
 
In the Sausage Section will be anything to do with ground meats such as sausage making, salamis, ect…
